Adult education and learning forms are treated within the framework of the VET law. Based on the law on VET main providers that offer qualifications similar to adult education and learning are vocational center. Mainly such provisions are offered in the form of courses and trainings. The above mentioned institutions issue certificates. Their programmes are accreditated by NAVETQ.

Multifunctional centers, public and private, offer all kinds of vocational education and university levels, as well as vocational training for adults in the same directions as they provide the vocational education.
Quality schools will gradually be transformed into multi-functional center, offering not only full-time studies but also after secondary training courses for teaching staff etc. Compared with most public VET schools in Albania AP, MFC will be bigger and better equipped with labs, modern technology labs. This ensure the highest quality of preparation of young specialists turning VET into a serious alternative secondary education and higher education.
