Responsible bodies

Based on the law on VET, the institution in charge for approval of curricula of institutions of vocational education and training and institutions that conduct VET activities (including also Adult education and Training) is National Agency of Vocational Education, Training and Qualifications (NAVETQ) [Agjencia Kombëtare e e Arsimit Formimit Profesional dhe Kualifikimeve]. Based on Article 9 of the same law this agency is a dependent institution of Ministry of Finance. 

Approaches and methods for quality assurance

The NAVETQ has drafted the respective approaches and methodologies for quality assurance in this type of education.
