ASCAP (National Agency for Quality Assurance in Pre-university Education) is the institution responsible for drafting and following up on the implementation of policies towards the evaluation of quality assurance in pre-university education and guaranteeing the implementation of these policies towards the continuous improvement of quality in education.

Quality assessment in pre-university education includes internal evaluation and external evaluation.

The Higher Education Quality Code is the main document for all processes and procedures of quality assurance in higher education (HEA). It defines the state quality standards, mandatory for implementation by higher education institutions. The Quality Code was drafted by order of the Minister of Education.
