7.2First-cycle programmes

Last update: 15 November 2024

The first-cycle programmes in Georgian higher education consist primarily of Bachelor’s degrees and encompass a wide range of disciplines and professional fields. These programs are designed to provide students with foundational knowledge, practical skills, and the academic qualifications necessary for either immediate entry into the workforce or further studies in the second cycle (Master’s level).

The variety in teaching methods, curriculum structures, and admission routes reflects Georgia's commitment to accessibility and quality in higher education.
