The first-cycle programmes offered by the German-speaking Community comprise, on the one hand, various Bachelor’s programmes and, on the other hand, the Brevet in Nursing, which is currently being reformed.

The degrees are awarded by the Autonome Hochschule Ostbelgien (AHS), which is the only higher education institution in the German-speaking Community of Belgium.
