Trainers often carry out their activity as employed individuals working in an organization authorized as training provider.

In the recent years, characterized by an expansion of the training programs for adults runned under projects financed from structural funds, Sectorial Operational Programme - Human Resources Development 2007-2013, trainers worked as employees in project - based positions, with salary determined on base of the fee per hour, according to the official rates assigned to the projects. Such projects were runned both by professional training providers, and by educational institutions, companies or authorities.

Another form of organization of the trainer profession is self-employment, situation in which the trainer is Authorized Person (it is included in the category of Juridical Persons) who works on base of contracts of service provider with different companies or institutions.
