Except for the faculty staff in higher education, in addition to the personnel providing bureau provisions, there are particular staff doing the cleaning, security, catering if any and technical work in the higher education institutions. Apart from those, there are staff who carry out the health services or library duties depending on the type of the higher education institutions. Another educational staff are the counseling and psychological guidance staff who are to support the students in the guidance centers of the universities. Legislative rights of those staff, working and retirement conditions are based on the Law of Civil Servants. In addition, other personnel for cleaning, security, catering and alike may also be appointed by referring to the SGK (Social Security Institution) Law on a temporary basis.
