In settlement areas where there are no schools or where schools are closed due to student inadequacy, and in primary schools with combined classes, the Boarding Secondary School (YBO) is available to provide access to primary education services for students who have completed the 4th grade and cannot be included in the scope of the transportation system. Additionally, in line with the objectives of Turkish national education, an open secondary school is available for children who have documented special reasons and are under the mandatory primary education age limit, as well as for adults who have not completed their primary education, enabling them to complete their primary education.
