Mobility in adult education is not different from general education and higher education mobility legislation. At this level, mobility activities are carried out within EU programs and projects and are guided by the work of MoNE and the Turkish National Agency.
Learner Mobility
In the Erasmus+ Program, mobility of adult education learners is supported under both KA1 Mobility of Individuals for Learning and KA2 Partnerships for Cooperation. Within the scope of these projects, adult learners can engage in-group or individual learning mobility. Adult Education Mobility of Learners and Staff projects are oriented towards the development of basic skills (literacy, numeracy and digital) and key competences of adults. Therefore, projects for basic vocational education and training (I-VET) of adults and continuous/continuing vocational training (C-VET) of professionals to improve their professional knowledge and skills are not included in the scope of Erasmus+ Adult Education activities.
Mobility of Teachers and Trainers
In the Erasmus+ Program, mobility of staff working in the field of adult education is supported under both “KA1 Mobility of Individuals for Learning” and “KA2 Partnerships for Cooperation” projects. These projects provide mobility opportunities abroad for staff responsible for adult education in adult education organizations in our country. These mobilities can take place in the form of on-the-job training, teaching assignments, courses and training activities. In addition, activities such as expert hosting, teacher and trainer hosting and preparatory visits are also supported.
