Non-academic staff

Non-academic staff consists of the secretary general and faculty secretaries, student affairs referents, administrative issues referents, financial affairs officers, archivists, lab technicians, librarians, mobility coordinators, career guidance and information coordinators, IT administrators and others.

The number and structure of nonacademic staff, the conditions, manner and procedure for their election are determined by the Act on the Internal Organization and Systematization of the HEI. The competition at the University of Montenegro is announced by the dean or director, with the prior consent of the Rector. General regulations from the area of employment relations are applied to nonacademic staff. An employment contract with professional and nonacademic staff, at the authorization of the Rector, is concluded by the dean or director.
