Together with the competent institutions, the Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation participates in TO REGOS, HISTEK and other projects. For example, through the INTERVET WB project implemented by the Chamber of Commerce in cooperation with the Ministry of Justice, students spent a month in Italy, and professional training for teachers was organized in Spain. Through the VET4WB project, the teachers stayed in Denmark for professional training, and there were two one-month visits for 8 students and 8 teachers in the spring and fall of 2022 to Denmark and Slovenia.

Through the VET4WB project a conference was organized in February 2024 on the topic "Industry and Education joining forces". The conference was attended by 60 participants, representatives of professional schools, companies, as well as the rest of the local community, the Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation, the VET Center, the Chamber of Economy, the Institute of Education, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and institutions for adult education.

Two VET schools from Montenegro – Vukadin Vudakinovic in Berane and Spasoje Raspopovic in Podgorica – are participating in the BEM (Beyond Europe with microcredentials) project which is concerned with the transfer of experience from ECVET to the development of micro-credentials. The aim is for these to be replicated in non-EU countries and adapted to the local situation. The implementation of the three-year project which is funded by the Erasmus Plus Programme was launched on 1 January 2023. The BEM project partnership includes EU Member States, associated countries, candidate countries and third countries (Montenegro, Serbia, North Macedonia, Armenia, Georgia, Ukraine, Norway, and Germany).

EPALE (Electronic Platform for Adult Education in Europe) has existed since 2015, while it has been active in Montenegro since 2016. Until 2021, the Canter for Vocational Education was the National Support Service in Montenegro and from 2021 the Ministry of Education is the National Support Service. EPALE has over 164,000 users, out of which 557 are in Montenegro. The EPALE cycle 2025-2026, which is being implemented, is dedicated to the promotion of adult education and the improvement of green skills. In addition to the promotion of the EPALE community, the project includes the creation of a teacher education program for green skills aimed at strengthening the environmental and digital awareness of adults, ie employees in schools.

The development of the first Andragogy handbook for teachers carrying out the programme of elementary functional literacy and its publication on the EPALE platform has promoted the national andragogical incentive to improve the work of teachers in basic adult education, in accordance with the Belém Framework and other European actions to reduce the number of illiterate people at national levels. The Centre has created 21 andragogy handbooks for teachers carrying out the primary school programme for adults, presented through seven collections of andragogy handbooks.

The participation in the NSS group within the EPALE community, as well as starting discussion groups and topics for active exchange of information, creates a unique space for expert exchange of opinions and ideas for all professionals in adult education from 36 countries taking part in the EPALE community.

Through the Partner search option on the EPALE platform, unique support has been provided to all stakeholders from the participating countries to start project cooperation with partners from other countries working with the same or similar field.
