Counseling and Research Centers (10/11/2017 30236 Regulation of Counseling Services 3(1)) are founded in provinces and sub-provinces for execution of guidance and psychological counseling services in the schools more efficiently and diagnosis of the individuals in need of special education as well as giving service to those individuals. In these centers, adequate numbers of staff are employed.
