European, global and intercultural dimension in curriculum development

Denmark has a long tradition of including international topics in various learning environments. The degree of the European, global and intercultural dimension in the curriculum in adult education and training depends on specific educational programme. However, all of the educational programmes strive to make sure that the students achieve qualifications corresponding to an international level.

Nordplus Horizontal

The Nordic Council of Ministers’ educational programme Nordplus Horizontal is also relevant for institutions in adult education and training. Activities that are eligible for support are among others seminars, workshops, conferences, studies, development of course modules and use of new learning platforms.
