10.7Management staff working in adult education and training

According to the types of institutions providing various programmes of adult education, management staff in adult education can be divided into three groups:

A/ management staff at basic schools (základní školy), upper secondary schools (upper secondary schools), tertiary professional schools (vyšší odborné školy); management staff at basic art schools (základní umělecká škola), at language schools (jazykové školy) authorised to organise state language examinations and at facilities for further education of education staff (zařízení pro další vzdělávání pedagogických pracovníků). C/ management staff working in different types of commercial institutions, various professional associations, non-profit associations and other private subjects that provide adult education programmes. Working conditions of management staff are regulated by valid regulations of the Labour Code.
