Within the Law on Higher Education in 2004 the Bologna structure was entirely implemented in the Liechtenstein higher education. The first cycle programme has been determined as follows:

Description of Cycle: Bachelor

Duration/ Workload: Minimum 3 years/ 180 ECTS

Degree: Bachelor of Science in + Subject or Bachelor of Arts in + Subject

The National Qualification Framework on Higher Education (NQFL - HS) defines the generic learning outcomes on bachelor level using the Dublin Descriptors.

There are no Higher Eudcation short cycles.
