Adult education and training is mostly affiliated and connected to networks in Switzerland. Trough Aiba however, Liechtenstein participates in all programmes of the European Union that are since 2014 summarized in Erasmus + programme.

Through international cooperation (mobility) in the field of vocational education and training quality and innovation as well as the European dimension is promoted. Through studies abroad international competences as well as language and intercultural skills are fostered.
