To deliver its courses, Jobsplus has an open call to recruit casual part-time trainers. The process is coordinated by the People Management Department; however, it is the Training Services Unit that sets the trainers’ minimum qualification requirements that varies depending on the course. While the requirements may vary, in most cases, trainers must be in possession of a formal qualification related to the course being delivered, have work-related experience, as well as experience in delivery of training.

When it comes to the enrolment of learners, in the case of registering unemployed persons, referral to courses is done by the respective Employment Advisor as part of the career guidance services offered by the Jobseeker Services Division.
