The organisation of the academic year 2024 /2025 in Liechtenstein is as follows:

Beginning of the academic year	September
Periods when there are teaching activities	Between September and December (autumn semester) and February and May (spring semester)
Periods of examination	Varies between studies and semester
End of the academic year	May (end of lectures) August (end of spring semester)
Breaks between the teaching activities excluding the examination period	10 days close to Christmas, lecture-free period of one month after the autumn semester, lecture-free period of two months after the summer semester
