Apprenticeship in the duties of vocational training advisors

Implementation period: from April 2025 onwards

Status: In progress

Responsible authorities: Ministry of National Education

Reasons/objectives: Integrate apprenticeship into the duties of training advisors, whose title is now “vocational training advisors.”

Main measures adopted:

As agents for the development of continuing education and learning within the Ministry of National Education, vocational training advisors (“CFP”) are responsible for leading work related to the development, adaptation, organization, and promotion of continuing education and vocational training offered by the Ministry of National Education.

The “CFP” profession is divided into three main areas of activity:

  1. Consulting and development;
  2. Design and innovation;
  3. Management and coordination.

Each area covers a range of activities and tasks falling within the scope of the CFP's remit. The tasks assigned to them are specified in a mission statement.

In order to integrate apprenticeships into their missions and reflect this broadening of their scope of intervention, Decree No. 2025-322 of April 8, 2025, changed their title to “vocational training advisors.”

Financial and material resources: not specified.

Evaluation and monitoring mechanisms: not specified.
