Career Counseling in the Age of Social Media Networking

 The 11th European conference on counselling and vocational education 2025 on "Vocational Counselling in the Age of Social Media" was successfully held on May 16th, 2025, at the University of Nicosia. The Conference was organized by the counselling and vocational education service (CVES) of the ministry of Education, Sports and Youth (MESY), in cooperation with "Euroguidance Cyprus" of the ministry of Labour and Social Affairs
and the University of Nicosia. A great number of CVES professors and labor consultants and officials of the Ministry of Labor and Social Insurance participated in the conference.
 

Publication of proceedings of the 5th International Conference on: "Literacy and Contemporary Society: Creativity, Equality, Social Action"

The Cyprus Pedagogical Institute, of the Ministry of Education, Sports and Youth (MESY) announces the publication of the proceedings of the 5th International Conference "Literacy and Contemporary Society: Creativity, Equality, Social Action", which took place, in collaboration with the University of Cyprus, in Nicosia, on the 4th, 5th, and 6th of December 2023.
The conference was attended by many teachers, education executives, students, academics, researchers, representatives of institutions and organizations, with practical interest and activity in language and literacy issues, presenting their relevant work through presentations, symposia and workshops.
