The inducting pedagogical employee coordinates and is responsible for the course of the adaptation education.

The class teacher teaches and coordinates the education and training in the respective class, is responsible for keeping the relevant pedagogical documentation, is responsible for creating the conditions for the development of positive social ties, and cooperates with the legal representatives.

The head of the subject committee, the head of the educational area, the head of the methodological association, the head of the field of study, the head of the interest area or the head of the department coordinate the preparation of pedagogical documentation in the relevant area, participate in the organisation of the development of professional competences and carry out guidance activities focused on the quality of education and training in the respective area.

A supervisor coordinates and supervises the professionalism and level of performance of the staff, participates in the improvement of their professional competencies, and carries out management activities mandated by the school principal within the defined scope.

The school digital coordinator provides mainly guidance and technical assistance on the introduction of new digital methods in education and training, training in the use of digital content, and the administration of online testing.

Specialist positions require the completion of appropriate specialisation education. The school head decides on the creation of specialised career positions in the school. Teachers in specialised career positions have reduced direct teaching time.

In addition to pedagogical and professional staff, depending on the needs of a particular school, there are administrative staff (economist, payroll officer), technical and operational positions (school caretaker, network manager) and support positions responsible for cleaning and maintenance (cleaner, janitor).

The school library is funded by its founder, who allocates funds for the operation of the school library in the school budget, namely funds for the replenishment of the library fund and access to external databases, funds for the school librarian's salary and funds for the spatial, technical, and technological provision of its activities.
