Teachers working in schools for adults, stage II sectoral vocational schools, post-secondary schools and other adult education institutions within the school education system are employed in accordance with the same regulations and under the same conditions as teachers in schools for children and young people. Entities providing adult education outside the school education system as part of economic or training activity are free to determine conditions of service for the staff employed.
