Learner mobility

Adult learners have the opportunity to participate in the activities of the Erasmus+ and the Nordplus Adult programme:   

• Erasmus + programme is open to adult learners with lesser opportunities studying in an adult education institutions, especially those with lower skills (i.e. without upper secondary education);
• Nordplus Adult programme offers study opportunities in the folk universities of the Nordic and Baltic countries (applications are received and the application process is coordinated by the Estonian Non-formal Adult Education Association), and cooperation projects.  

Teacher and trainer mobility 

People employed in adult education have the opportunity to participate in the activities of the Erasmus+ programme and those of the Nordplus Adult:  

• Support for teaching, job shadowing, participation in different types of training under the learning mobility measure of the Erasmus+ programme;  
• Nordplus Adult study visits and secondments to the Nordic and Baltic countries.  

In Estonia the activities under the Erasmus+ programme and the adult education programme Nordplus are coordinated by the Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps Agency.
