Trainers of adults of educational institutions that offer formal training are subject to the requirements, work conditions and organisation of continuous professional development that have been imposed under the Basic Schools and Upper Secondary Schools Act, the Vocational Educational Institutions Act, the Institutions of Professional Higher Education Act, the Universities Act and the Private Schools Act.

A trainer of teachers must hold a university degree.
