Tripartite agreement to ensure qualified staff in ECEC, elderly care and hospitals

The Danish government has entered into a tripartite agreement with Local Government Denmark, Danish Regions, the Danish Trade Union Confederation and FOA trade union to, among other things, improve the quality of ECEC, elderly care and healthcare at hospitals by ensuring more qualified staff.

The Higher Education landscape in Cyprus is undergoing significant transformation. In response to these changes, the Ministry of Education, Sport and Youth is advancing the implementation of Higher Education strategy. This strategy is built on the following key pillars: internationalisation, quality enhancement, and stronger interconnection with the labour market needs.

Recovery and Resilience Plan (Reform C5.1R1: Addressing skills mismatch between eucation and labour market (Secondary and Higher Education)) – Reforms in Secondary General Education 

  1. Milestone 239a: Upgrading of the curricula of general secondary education, with the aim of better aligning them with the needs of the labour market.
