Career Guidance

Since 2019, all career services have been brought together in Eesti Töötukassa (Estonian Unemployment Insurance Fund). The development of the career services system is carried out in an integrated manner through career services offered at all educational levels and in all fields. Adults with basic or secondary education have the same possibilities for receiving counselling and instruction as young people. 

Eesti Töötukassa also provides career counselling for unemployed adults.
