Conditions of Service for Teachers and Trainers working in adult education at primary and secondary schools (usually so-called ‘second chance programmes’) are described in more detail in the chapter Conditions of Service for Teachers Working in Early Childhood and School Education.

Working conditions of teachers in adult education at higher education institutions (as a part of lifelong learning – in further education educational programmes) are similar to the conditions of service for academic staff in higher education (see Conditions of Service for Academic Staff Working in Higher Education).

Working conditions of teachers working in different professional organisations, associations, unions, and non-profit and commercial institutions are governed by applicable legislation defining the employment relationship, most importantly by the Labour Code (Zákonník práce). The accreditation process of accredited further education programmes also includes the evaluation of the provision of material, technology and space for an educational programme.
