Teaching staff is composed of

  • teaching staff with teaching roles
  • auxiliary teaching staff
  • teaching staff with management, guidance and control roles.

The management positions in school education are as follows:

Continuing professional development in adults education is achieved through a wide and open range of programs for trainers - for example courses of training of trainers in various fields, management of the training programs for adults, etc., programs of exchanges, study visits in organizations from abroad.

Trainers often carry out their activity as employed individuals working in an organization authorized as training provider.

 

According to the Occupational Standard for Trainer of the National Authority of Qualificatins (NAQ), the trainer is the specialist in training who designs, delivers, evaluates and reviews theoretical/ practical activities or programmes of training and professional skills development, in specialized institutions or in the workplace.

This occupational standard is in force for all fields of qualifications in which the trainer works, and it is applied to all categories of trainers:
