In addition to the access model that enables children living in disadvantaged areas to benefit from preschool education in particular preschool institutions, alternative models have also been developed. In order to provide access to preschool education for children in settlements where the population of preschool-aged children means that a preschool institution cannot be opened and for those in settlements where the population is dense and physical conditions are insufficient, mobile teachers, mobile classrooms, transport to nursery classes, summer education and other flexible options providing access to education can be implemented.
